Arrears and the Rebate Check

What is the name of your state? Minnesota

My ex is thousands in arrears and revenue recapture is active. She doesn't work but gets Social Security. If she files for the rebate will it go towards her arrears??

if she is entitled to the rebate check, then yes it would likely be intercepted.

Has the CSE agency sent an intercept notice to the IRS already?

If they haven't, the rebate won't be intercepted. Talk to your CSE caseworker to find out if this has been done.
