A former friend of mine runs a small record label in London, last year he asked me to help him redesign the logo for his label so I sent him numerous design ideas which he rejected (fair enough, it was his choice)

However I recently noticed on his website that he is using one of those images to promote one of his releases, he did this without consulting me and I did not give him permission to do so, it was a design idea not a piece of work that he could use at his own discretion. Can I stop him from using this image? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
