Your question cannot be answered with anything but a “possibly.” Attendance, hours, pay policies, benefits ... all are subject to change when there is a merger or an acquisition.

I agree with the others, but will add that one way or another, it is likely that there will be some changes to those policies. No two employers tend to be exactly the same in those policies so either they end up changing to whatever the dominant company's policies are or end up being a mesh of the two company's policies. So you can expect changes.

It is not a legal matter though.
