One more time - the insurance company is not a valid party to sue. If you want to sue someone, you sue the owner of the mailbox and the insurance company provides for their defense. You still won't win, but at least you might make it to the trial.

Perhaps it wasn't leaning into the roadway, until AFTER it was hit and knocked loose!
