What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN

My husband's check goes into his account, with my name on it too.
My husband makes substantial money. I do not use this account.
My check goes into my account, with his name on it too.
My living expenses: mortgage, utilities, insurance, etc are auto draft.
I have a debt collection that refuses negotiation.
Is it possible to protect my account thus auto payments?
Can a judge force a creditor to allow payments before garnishment?

It is not likely that the court would force a creditor to accept terms you decide are acceptable.

The answer to both questions is "no." That said, typically garnishment can only occur after a judgment. Your post indicates debt collection, but does not indicate that a judgment is levied.

If you want to protect your husband's money against your debts, then you will need to separate his money from yours, with his in accounts in his name only and yours in your name only.

Auction date Fri

Yes, I am worrying myself sick.
Auction of new vehicle notification is sent for 10 days from date of letter.
No negotiation possible.
Unable to get money for pay off.
Bankruptcy is not possible.
Trying to prepare myself for outcome.
Creditor has both our bank account numbers from past payments online.
Googled bank account seizures.
What is the time frame and process?
Auction is friday.
What all can I expect to happen?

You really need to read the posts. You have been told more than once. A judgement has to be renedered prior to any asset seizure.
