In August I opened a free business checking account at US Bank. Since that time, they have continuously charged me a $2 "analysis service fee" Every month, I call them and they reverse the charge and tell me it won't happen again. However, each month it happens again. I am very frustrated and keep getting the run-around. They do not dispute the charges, but they won't fix the problem, although I am assured every month that the problem has been corrected. Is there any legal action I can take against them just to get their attention and get this resolved, once and for all?
