What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Cal.

Can I get a trial by jury in a bank foreclosure case and bypass a judge deciding the issue?

If it's a non-judicial foreclosure, there's not even a judge.
If it is a judicial foreclosure you do NOT get the option of a jury trial.
If this isn't a purchase money loan, and is hence a recourse loan, and the bank pursues the deficiency judgement then you CAN get a jury trial.
