So, OP, you got yourself in debt remodeling a house and going on vacation, etc., and want people to think poorly of B of A because they expect to be paid?

I'd love to see that "hardship" letter.

People are great at placing blame on their bank. They don't think twice about taking the money...only when they have to pay it back

I agree with what you're saying, but at the $70k mark, I suspect it has more to do with intent than with unwise "choices"
