This case is in the state of Florida. When I was in college I lived in a Fraternity house where my total expenses ($2400) also included rent. I still owe $800 but they have no lease and I never signed a contract of any kind. I am now being sued for the remainder, will their case have any legal standing when they can't even submit that I agreed to pay the money. Also the case would not involve any testimony from anyone that says I agreed in any way to this payment.

Thank in advance for your help.

Mike
