What is the name of your state? TX

My spouse filed for divorce in TX, and I have moved back home to Venezuela, The case is still in the early stages. Can he remove the case from TX and sue me for divorce in Venezuela since I live here?

That would depend entirely on Venezuelan law....and none of us here have a clue about that.
