If you are a former employee of a company, can you help organize a union for the current employees? Do you have any rights under the NLRB act?

I'm not aware of any law prohibiting it and I'd be very surprised if one existed. The right of the employees to unionize is absolute and to the best of my knowledge no law limits who they can have help them.
