Hello,
I've received a final letter from a debt recovery company asking to pay £170 within 14 days. I forgot to update the vehicle address so all the original tickets were sent to my old address so this is the first I heard of the offence. I understand that this is my fault for forgetting to do this. I want to appeal because the signage isn't very visible where I parked (I've taken photos), but the recovery company said it's too late to do this, I had to do it within 28 days from the original ticket. Is this true? Am I just better off paying?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
