What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? MD

A fellow might bring a criminal or civil case against me, as he believes I have been reading his private email and trying to cause him emotional distress.

- How severe might the penalties be?

- Can I avoid charges or suits by moving and not saying where I'm going? I understand I would have to quit my apartment so that it is no longer my place of residence in order to avoid being served in a civil case, but how does it work in a criminal case?

***Being that we are far behind in our criminal exchange program with Mexico, you would be a shoe-in to qualify for a lifelong stay in some quiet village that no longer has enough men to support it's female population.
So, you ain't left yet?
