Jordan, tell ya what: even if you COULD successfully sue, you would not be able to do so yourself. You would absolutely need to have an attorney representing you. Seeing as how that is the case, time for you to sit down with a lawyer so he can give you an answer (hint: his unwillingness to take your case or refusal to work on a contingency basis should give you a clue on the potential of winning would be).
