I want to design a set of website buttons that I want to sell on online market. I want to use MIT License Icon on that buttons. Can I use them without mentioning the license? I read MIT License but everything is not clear to me. I am from outside of US.

To use anyone's licensed IP you must be licensed to do so.

I've NOT read MIT's licensing requirements I'd be willing to bet that they don't allow you to simply use them without authorization or acknowledgment.

You can read the (MIT) License here: https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT only a one minute reading.
Here are the guidelines that will control your usage of the trademark (logo):

https://opensource.org/trademark-guidelines

https://opensource.org/logo-usage-guidelines

Trademarks are used to identify a company’s goods and services. A trademark distinguishes one company’s goods/services from those of all others.

Trademark law centers on consumer confusion. Confusing consumers into thinking your goods/services are a product of another company through your use of their trademark, or confusing consumers into thinking your goods/services are sponsored or endorsed by another company through your use of their trademark is trademark infringement.

Read through the can do’s and can’t do’s of use provided in the guidelines and, if the text continues to confuse you, seek out an IP attorney in your area for a professional review and analysis.

The simple answer to your question, however, is “no.”
