What is the name of your state CA (only U.S. law)? I want to know if I can start a lawsuit against UPS with others because they do not deliver packages and lie about it and damage people packages and the list go's on and on.

Your phone number was removed from your post, Drrev.
It is not a smart idea to publish real names or real contact information on a public forum like this. You are apt to hear from more than those interested in suing the UPS. There are some weird people playing on the internet (and this forum attracts its share).
There is a complaint procedure to follow when packages are lost during delivery or are damaged during delivery. It is far easier and cheaper to get insurance coverage for your packages instead of suing the UPS over lost or damaged packages.
Additionally, here is a link to the terms and conditions for the various services that UPS offers: https://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/ship/terms/shipping/index.html?WT.svl=Footer. You agree to be bound by their terms when you ship with UPS.
And, of course, the USPS never loses or damages mail or packages so there is no reason to think of suing them.
The deleted portion of Drrev's post was asking everyone to join with him in starting a class action suit against the UPS, and he provided his phone number so people could contact him directly to get the class action suit started.
