What is the name of your state? ca

I had a WC case opened years ago which has settled with open medical, at which a doctor determined the original injury was not repaired by the original surgery, or the repaired injury re-tore. Regardless there is another surgery scheduled to correct the problem. Does this put me back into a TTD state until I am reconsidered for Permanent and Stationary post surgery as in the first surgery? Is there a statue of limitations?

The injury took place 7 yrs ago. Underwent surgery 6 yrs. ago. Had continuing trouble and discomfort ongoing until recent MRI shows the injury is ripped. Where does this leave me in the worker's comp process? TTD?
