Dude...you need an attorney. The complication level has stepped up enough that you really cannot afford to be without one.

Took the judge 3 weeks to sign my amended order to release funds from the 401k for an attorney.

my wifes attorney had mentioned to my former attorney that copies were made by them but never by myself nor were they ever on the enternet that i know of. i do not have any copies for myself. wifes claims she found tapes over the years, and claims she had no knowledge of, or consented to. she is threating to use them in court.

Did she know she was being taped? Did she consent to being taped? Does she want a career as a porn star? Why would she want THAT viewed in court?

how could she not know we shared it together. can she force the issue to have them view them in chambers. i wish to have them viewed in open court so that maybe she will settle. what does the tapes have anything to do with equitable disribution. or alimony.no attorney will telll me weather or not there is a statue of limitations on the time frame of how old the tapes are.

The stupid tapes should have NOTHING to do with alimony or equitable distribution. It will be up to the court to decide if these two (lower than whale sh!t) people's attempts to get a better deal using the tapes pay off.

You shared what? The sex? Or you sat down and watched the video together. By your answer I am thinking that she did not know you were TAPING the act.

can she force the issue to have them view them in chambers.
Yes she can.

i wish to have them viewed in open court so that maybe she will settle.
Extortion does NOT work. You will lose this. You want her to settle by forcing her to have tapes of herself which she apparently did NOT know were being MADE aired in open court? That will NOT work.

what does the tapes have anything to do with equitable disribution. or alimony.
You are trying to exploit your wife. She has NO idea what you did with the tapes. You violated her privacy. There are many arguments that can be made.

no attorney will telll me weather or not there is a statue of limitations on the time frame of how old the tapes are.
How old was your wife when the tapes were first being made? When did she find out about them? There very well may be a criminal case here. Duck and cover and you better get yourself an attorney.

i am not trying to use them in court for a better deal im trying to get them thrown out of court.
BULL! You just lied and I HATE LIARS!

i wish to have them viewed in open court so that maybe she will settle.
You just lied. Wanting them VIEWED IN OPEN COURT is nothing like trying to get thrown out of court. What a liar.

I hope she gets every penny from you she can. You have no morals if you taped your wife without her consent. You have no integrity. And you definitely are not honest.

i went back and read what i wrote i did not mean settle using the tapes i meant i want to settle so that we can aviod the embarrassment in court, and again she was fully aware of what we were doing she had consented, but now she has decided to change the story. and i am trying not to get screwed in court.
