What is the name of your state? NJ

My daughter is moving to FLA in a few weeks and the car she drives is owned by me and insured by me. She is getting her own insurance and won't be living at our address but at a new address. My question is, if she gets into an accident and even though she has her own auto insurance, being that I am the owner of the vehicle, could I be sued???

Yes, because you gave her permission to drive it. Typically, if she is not negligent you would not be held liable. It might be wise to ask your agent or cs rep.
