What is the name of your state?florida
Is there anyway to avoid collection for cell phone charges? Ive called and written nextel numerous times-they do not care. Their service does not connect, consistently cuts out, receive messages 24-48 hours late and is sometimes down for 2-3 days yet they still are charging for full service. They are threatening collections agency. They state I have a contract yet have never seen one nor will they provide me with a copy of one when requested. I had good coverage the 1st year then downhill from there. I have not moved to a different area so no reason for lack of coverage. Thanks.
