What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
Have been in Ch 13 18 months, trustee has filed motion to dismiss, cited that I did not hand over tax refund, I talked with my attorney and sent a letter to trustee about my need to use my refund to pay for medical expenses for son. Trustee has not to date responded, I did use the refund to pay the medical bill, have copies of what insurance would not cover, what I paid to medical provider.
What is the likely outcome for the judge to grant the dismissal.
