I can clarify the confusion..... some are saying that cops can't arrest you for drinking, getting drunk and being drunk in your own home. They CAN, however, arrest you for driving drunk and snagging you for that offense in your home or driveway. The confusion is whether the person drove home drunk or sucked down a bunch of drinks after he or she arrived at "home". I'm all for drunks getting sauced at home; just not doing so and driving home.
Oh, by the way.... what is "boze"?
