My child support was increased 2 years ago, but the courts were not informed. They still show the old amount. How do I go about changing the record!

If the court didn't sign off on the change, then it is not effective.

Private agreements won't be honored unless signed off on by the court.

Now, if someone has made a clerical error, then just take your paperwork in to show the problem and get it fixed.

I couldn't really tell from your post what exactly the situation was for you.
