How accurate are the child support calculators on the State web sites. Are they just an estimation with a final decision up to a judge, or are they supposed to be followed by the judge? Also if one of the people is a 1099 self employed person, do they claim their adjusted gross income, or their gross minus actual out of pocket expenses?
