What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) Arizona

Well, I haven't received child support from my ex husband in a long long time. He is a felon and is hiding from the law so he now has a national warrant for his arrest.... anyhow he may end up getting deproted back to his country once he is found. So basically i can kiss my child support good-bye. BUT he does have a house under his name and his brothers name, that his parents live in and pay the mortgage payment. Is there any way I can put a lein on this house so I can someday get the money that is owed to my kids? I mean this guy owes over $20,000 and it only increases as time goes by..... please advise me what I can do...... THANKS

The money is NOT owed to your kids, it is owed to you. And yes, they can lien the house, if his name is on the deed.
