I started my Chp 13 in Louisiana in January 2012... I'm getting close to the 4 year mark... My house in North Carolina was included in the Chp 13. I wasn't living in it, and I didn't wish to retain it. Bank of America is well aware of the situation, and still sends me statements. This seems like a ridiculous amount of time, and they are still reporting on my credit for this... Any suggestions?
