What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State
My husband and I are codefendants in a felony case. What I need to know is since we have been leagally married for just over 12 (twelve) years can we put in and get granted a motion to sever? As it is right now we can not have any contact with eachother what so ever. Also if anyone can tell me the RCW that would be under?

Thank You.

P.S. It is not for domestic violence or any other kind of violent crime.
