What is the name of your state?
My girlfriend is coming to visit from Cyprus in a few weeks. She already has a tourist visa and she wants to stay here for six months. She has visited here twice in the last couple of years for a few weeks at a time. Each time her passport stated that she could stay for six months even though she had a return ticket in two weeks. My question is this: Would it hurt her to now have a return ticket in six months? Would it be wiser to have a quicker return ticket or no return date at all? Is there a chance they might not let her stay that long? (I know there is always a chance at that, I just hope it is not likely!) Is there any advice on how she should explain her situation when she tries to enter this country? Thank you so much for your help. I am now starting to worry about what could go wrong.
