What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I have another question regarding the tax returns that were filed for the Estate for the last 3 years. As a beneficiary are we entitled to request a copy of these? To not know anything about what was filed, what was claimed, deducted..

Your administrator is wrong. All heirs are entitled to see that information.
