We have an S corp with 3 shareholders/partners and 2 of the 3 would like to get rid of the third due to business differences and activities detrimental to our business success. Can we force the third to sell? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The third party OWNs a portion of the corporation. Unless the Corp's organizing documents allow for a forced buyout, no.
