I cosigned for a car loan to a friend with him agreeing that in 6 months to a year (max)he would rewrite the loan without my name on the paper work. I also have this agreement in writing,dated and signed by both of us.My ? is now that it`s been a year,and I want my name off his paperwork what or how can I do it?
