What is the name of your state? Florida

Ok, my case has come to the point where a court appointed doctor will be the deciding factor. I want to know does he see me in person or does he just go over both reports from the other 2 doctors. The treating physician and the insurance company doctor.

Normally, the court appointed physician will see you to get an impartial medical exam.

The ANSWER to your question is that we don't know. Depends on what the judge ordered. If he ordered an evaluation only then that could mean medical records without an examination. If the judge ordered evaluation AND examination then the doctor will have to at least conduct a minimal physical examination. Please note that what is most important to the IME at this point are your test results- i.e. MRI films etc...
