What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

Mom has 2 kids, 2 different fathers. Mom is CP of youngest, mom is NCP of oldest. There is an open CPS(Sept or Oct case was opened) case concerning mom and child she is CP of. Child she is NCP of has been interviewed once(Oct), child's CP has had no contact from CPS.

CP of oldest has sketchy details of case(just told yesterday), those details were told to them, by NCP of youngest child, and they will only tell very little. Mom is on some plan with CPS, said there were many issues and conditions, only one they would tell is that mom is suppose to be in drug treatment and she is not doing any of conditions. NCP has filed and had a hearing on Mon for sole physical, legal and supervised visitation.

Does CP of oldest child have a right to info concerning CPS case?

Sorry thought I put that. CP of oldest child is my nephew. Dad has no computer access till the weekend.

If he has no right to that info, he does not want to call CPS. If he does, he is going to call them ASAP.

If he does not though, he will come on himself this weekend and see what some other options might be for him. He has many questions, and knows he has to come post himself.
