What is the name of your state? NC

Bank of America must have their head up their kiester. I get discharged on Friday. They were notified in my matrix. I got a dunning letter about 3 weeks ago from the local BOA office. So I sent them a certified letter with a copy of my filing telling them in no uncertain terms to leave me alone and copied the trustee. They have sent me 2 MORE letters demanding payment since receiving my certified letter!

Can I get the court involved in this? I am filing pro se BTW.

You can file a contempt action against them for violating the automatic stay of bankruptcy but you will have a hard time without an attorney. It is not an easy thing to do.
