I already have a post in custody. My daughter's grandmother is suing me for custody of my daughter. Anyway how do i go about getting all my daughters stuff back from their house?
My daughter is asking for her toys and things that i sent over there for her to play with but its supposed to come back with her. I had to get my daughter with the police and I couldnt get her things at the time.
I was going to send a letter certified to have everything returned by the beginning of the school year, if it isnt done by that date im asking, then i would pursue the issue further.
Any suggestions?
