Custody specifications?

What is the name of your state? IN

Husbands atty has drawn up divorce papers(Child custody, support, visitation and property settlement). In regards to custody atty has it worded, "That wife shall have custody of the minor children". This is the only wording in this document in regards to custody.

Shouldn't this agreement be more specific?

This is more specific:

That wife (name) shall have sole custody of the parties' minor children, (name1), born (date), (name2). born (date), ect.
