Back to the legal question - how is this considered harrassment when we do not contact her? We log on, print her posts, and compile them for the attorneys. Is hiring a PI to trail her and verify our suspicions that she's using drugs considered harrassment as well?
You are "monitoring" her internet activity, and then using that activity to attempt to do damage to her in the outside world. Since what she is doing is in no way illegal, its at least pushing the envelope of harassment, if not actual harassment itself.

Judges tend to frown on parents spying on each other unless there are extremely SERIOUS, criminal type issues involved...and that is exactly what you are doing...spying on her.
