What is the name of your state (Indiana)? My step-daughter passed away from cancer, sometime has passed and we have been trying to figure out what to do about child support. Our local clerks office says there has to be a paper filed with the court but, does not know what the paper is. I have searched and cannot find anything.

He was liable to pay it.

Then he needs to file a motion with the court to stop support withholding.
