I have two judgements totaling aprx. $800,000 againt a business I owned(self proprietor) now closed. I am now making wages as president of a s-corp with 15% stock. During a debtor exam, the creditor requested that I provide him with a copy of all contracts from the s-corp, at a later date. Is there an expert out there that knows if their request is valid. Is it possibe they are looking for my portion of the profit. Would I still have a right to collect my wages to feed the family and pay the mortgage? I will see an attorney at the end of the week but wanted to see what you people think.
Thanks
