is this an official certified record of default judgment? or is this an unofficial document?

as per a default judgment where can i get information pertaining to the summons (when it was sent, process server used, dates, etc)

id like to have that information but do not know how to obtain it. within the files that i have i only have an Affidavit of Facts and and Affirmation In Support Of Entry Of Judgment

and would i be able to use this court decision

to help vacate the default judgment? it seems about 100,000 cases (between 2004 - 2009) that resulted in default judgments are supposedly being vacated if the process server used was American Legal Process.
