My state is Arizona, the dental agency is based out of California. I have been trying for a month and a half now to get a refund for from them. This was after I ended my service with them and learned I had paid to much because their representatives were miss quoting my bill on multiple occasions. I have spoken to several 'supervisors' to no avail. I'm just at the end of my rope, and don't know what to do about a business who is keeping my money with what is starting to look like no intention on giving it back. If anyone can help even a little I thank you in advance for your help.
