What is the name of your state? California

Hello Everybody

I jsut want to know difference between deportability and inadmissibility.

If a person is living in united states already, I think the only thing matter to him is deportability means if he do some crime which is deportable crime, then he will be deportable. Is that right.

But if he is already in united states and he do something which makes him inadmissible into united states, it is not going to effect him unless he leaves country.

Is that right . I am concerned about DUI because in CA multiple convictions can show alcoholism a ground for Inadmissiblity. But I think this does not hold good for deportability.

Is that true. Please let me know.

Thanks
