What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

How would a young person go about abandoning their Social Security Account and their SS Number, to get out of this insolvent Government Retirement System?

Any suggestion?

I can only think of two solutions...

1. Don't ever work again
2. Denounce your citizenship and move to a different country
