I apologize, millerlite. I should have pointed out in the post I directed to SuperLitigator that I found nothing of pertinence in the cases he cited, either, thereby possibly saving you the time of looking them up and reading them.

My post was designed merely to see if SuperLitigator had actually read the cases before citing them.

Sorry, again, for any role I had in diverting your attention away from your actual questions and concerns.
