i was convicted of downloading images of girls 1-3 years younger then me when i was 19. if you really think that makes me scum, then so be it.

Most Prosecutors won't file on 'girls a few years younger than me'

Prosecutors have to prove that the victims are underage. Most won't file unless they have an expert available to testify to bone structure and development to prove the victims age.

Most of these cases involve victims less then 10 years old --it is easier to prove that a 10 year old is under 18; very difficult to prove a 16 yr old is less that 18.

You are a pervert. Your victims were children, not older teens -- very few jurisdictions file on older teens.

EVERY PERVERT convicted of child porn claims he was 19 and she was 17.
