My husband bought a car , and he did not put my name in the ownership, he just only has his name. Do I have the ownership too. Thanks for your answer.

If the title is in HIS name, then it's HIS car.

Thanks for your quick answer, but I wonder by law everything you buy into the marriage, does not belong to both , husband and wife ? I am confuse.
