California. Brother had DUI in San Luis Obispo 20 years ago. Case has been closed with the exception of DUI Classes. He never did classes in California but lives in Utah and wants to do DUI classes there so he can get license in Utah for employment. Can he have Case transfered without the Court System?

Since hip1pk's brother had 21 days from the date of his sentencing to enroll in his DUI classes (at least as the law stands now), it appears it is a wee bit too late for him to be thinking of enrolling now.
