I AM IN THE US ON A R1 VISA WORKING ON THE SAME PLACE THAT SPONSERED ME. HOWEVER, I HAVE 2 GAPS OF FEW MONTH THAT I DID NOT WORK.

CAN I APPLY FOR A GREEN CARD AND BE APPROVED WITH NO PROBLEMS?
