My situations is:

I have an attorney for my child support case. However; I don't feel as though he is doing much on my case anymore. I have asked him to withdraw, but he won't.

My question is:

What can I file with the court in order to be able to continue with my case - Pro Se?

Are you requesting child support? Or is someone suing you FOR child support?
