A rental eviction requires that when the tenant is evicted, every personal item be bagged up, and placed at the curb.

A mortgage foreclosure does not require that personal belongings be bagged up, and set to the curb, they are simply discarded at a later date.

What would then be the requirements of a Land Contract Forfeiture? Do I have to bag up their personal belongings and set them to the curb, or can I just bring in a dumpster and pitch them?

Any help would be appreciated.
